Shipping Origin

We ship all orders from our Chennai warehouse, ensuring products are handled carefully and dispatched promptly.

Delivery Times

  • Major Cities: 3–4 working days.

  • Other Locations: 7–8 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Hours

  • Delivery Window: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Holidays: No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive order confirmation, and when packed, you will get tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on our website, via WhatsApp tracking, or by contacting our customer support.

  • Secure Delivery: All orders require a signature or OTP sent to the recipient’s registered mobile number to verify delivery. If unavailable, please ensure an authorized person can receive it on your behalf.

Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Goods: If your order is damaged in transit, contact our customer service on the same day of deliverywith clear unboxing photos or video proof. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange as applicable.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing, notify us immediately with photographic or video evidence.

Courier Delays & Limitations

We work with reliable courier partners, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays, local issues, or force majeure. Yusuf Bhai Fragrances is not liable for such delays. In rare cases where tracking information is unavailable, please contact our support team.

Special Shipping Conditions

  • Incorrect Address: Please check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Exchanges for Shipping Issues

  • Damaged During Shipping: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and damage proof for a refund, exchange, or replacement (after review).

  • Incorrect Items Sent: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unopened Items: If the product is not damaged but you wish to return it, our Return Policy will apply.
