Return & Refund Policy

No Returns on Opened/Used Products

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, opened, or used.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.

Product Sensitivities

Our perfumes are crafted with a blend of natural extracts. We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities. A patch test is recommended before use.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products after verification.

  • You must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging.

  • Claims for missing or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

  • Damaged or leaked products due to transit must be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery.

Non-Delivery

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Claims after this period are not eligible.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–6 business days.

  • COD refunds will be credited to your bank account within the same period.

  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items purchased on sale or using a gift card

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a 2% payment gateway fee deduction for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • For prepaid orders returned to us, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Processed within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged Goods on Delivery

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse it and inform us immediately.

International Orders

Due to the classification of perfumes as Dangerous Goods (DG), returns are not accepted on international orders once shipped. Refund or replacement is only applicable for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Customs Charges & Failed Deliveries (International Orders)

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.

  • If a shipment is refused or not accepted, the original shipping fee and any return charges will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
